SHIPPING POLICY

 Thank you for visiting and shopping at Atoe’ Sensual Scents. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 



Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7- 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or deliver on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Atoe’ Sensual Scents ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Atoe’ Sensual Scents is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

Atoe’ Sensual Scents is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Our goal is always to ship your products out as soon as possible.  However, our products are made to order, so if something becomes out of stock, it takes approximately 72 hours to remake so it may take up to three business days to ship out.  If we are short on the fragrance for that "remake" we will not delay your order for an extended amount of time.  We will contact you to see if you would like to wait for the order to be made, if you would like something different or if you would like to cancel your order.

REFUNDS/RETURNS AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

We want you to love and enjoy everything you purchase from ATOE’ Sensual Scent.  If for any reason you don’t like/want, simply return it to ATOE’ Sensual Scents website and email us, it will need to be returned at your expense and must be unused.  However, if you feel your item has a factory problem or has been damaged in shipping, please email us for return instructions.   audreenaharris@atoesensualscents.com 

All items should be packed well and returned in the original packaging if possible.

1. Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

2. Please enclose a copy of your order invoice and include which items are being returned and why, for a refund or replacement.  Include what replacement if applicable.

3. You may request a return or exchange at any time, as long as your product is in good condition, by contacting  audreenaharris@atoesensualscents.com 

4. If you simply no longer wish to keep your item(s) and return it to ATOE’ Sensual Scents, unused and in good condition, we will refund your money in full.  However, if your order is in excess of $150.00, we will ask that you understand we must charge a 5% restocking fee.


Broken or Damaged Items

If your product is damaged in shipping or somehow defective, we request that you e-mail a photo of the front, top (without lid) and bottom of the damaged or defective items to audreenaharris@atoesensualscents.com . We will either replace it or provide a refund.
